  Faster rendering w/plugin in Motion vs. FCP?

  Hi everyone,
  I have a project I need to do heavy work with Neat Video’s noise remover to fix. Using the plug-in in FCP, I’m looking at a six day render. The plugin also works in Motion, and I’m curious if I would be able to get results faster there. Ideally, I need to a shave a day off the render. I’m about 6 hours in, so I don’t want to stop the render to test it in Motion.

  Motion uses the GPU for most work. Just do a test and compare.

  Apps like After Effects CS5 will help you more as they can use all cores and memory for rendering.
