  How would you do this animation?

  I am not sure how to do this animation. There needs to be a ripple or wave effect as the scenes are panned accross the screen.
  The various clips will be shown in the wave segments as they roll by in a water wave effect.
  I was thinking of animating masks, but I am not sure if there is a better way to do this.
  Any ideas?

  Thanks! I am a fan of Ayoto. This must be a new tutorial. Most times I can’t get the effect just right from
  his tutorial, but it is always a great start and makes you figure it out!
