  Slow Importing AE7 projects in AE CS3 HELP!!

  Does anyone else have trouble importing old ae7 projects in ae8?
  The projects take 3-5 minutes to load, but seem to work fine when they do. Have contacted adobe tech support but nothing has worked so far. Could it be a plugin or asset from the old project? Please Help!!!!
