I know how to fix the dead pixel, that is not my question.
    editing a concert…
I put all the 4 cameras on different layers, since there was not continuous footage on any of them,
I syncd them all up, then exported prores versions of each layer, which I took and created a multiclip from these exported files.

We found that one camera has a dead pixel and we want to fix it with a third party software.

Can I fix it on the exported clip, and then maintain all my cuts (1 hour & 1/2 show)?
Any suggestions or confirmations would be greatly appreciated.
    thanks

Seems to me you can if you collapse the multiclip, then take the original stream of that camera offline by just putting it in another folder. Then after you fix the pixel problem, import that single file back in and reconnect the sequence to it.
