  Log and Capture Issue

  I have a Sony GV-D300 deck that I want to use to capture into FCP. I am using FCP 7.0.2 with an New iMac 27″ i7 running 10.6.4. I have the deck connected using via firewire 800. When I open log and capture I don’t receive any error messages. The window opens and it shows “Not Threaded” below the video control buttons. Any thoughts? I am not capturing HD, only SD from a Panasonic AG-DV100a. Thanks in advance for any help.
