Are any of you using FCP and the Panasonic HMC150? Here’s my problem. When shooting with the camera, having a mic on input 1 and just NATS recording from the built-in mic on input 2, then LOG&Transfering, the audio is coming in as stereo. HOW in the world can you unlink this stereo track so that you can delete the nats channel or at least manipulate it’s gain. I took an FCP audio editing class last week and the instructor said to uncheck the “Stereo Pair” in the Modify menu. I checked and this is grayed out. Is there a setting in the camera or in the importing process for this. Am I missing something really simple here?
