SMI shows in Browser but not XDCAM Transfer
Evening all,
I hope someone can help with this simple but annoying problem. I have a .SMI clip that plays out perfectly in latest version of Sony XDCAM EX Clip Browser, and allows me to create mark ins and mark outs. The second half of this clip is however unplayable in XDCAM Browser and therefore cannot be imported. When looking at the play bar, the clip plays half through, then the ‘no media’ warning appears and the bar reverts from light grey (playable) to clear.
Can I import this clip through the Browser, or through any other utility that may recognise the remainder of the file, which I believe to be intact?
