• Apple Final Cut Pro Legacy

  My HD footage is fuzzy…

  Hi! This might be a silly question, but I am editing a show in Final Cut Pro. Half of my footage is SD and the other half is HD shot on P2 cards. I am editing in an Apple Prores 422 project. My standard def footage looks great, but my HD footage looks soft. Is there an easy fix to this? Am I bringing in my HD footage wrong?

  Any thoughts would be helpful. Thanks!

  ProRes 422 SD? Or ProRes 422 HD? Which format requires rendering when you add it to the timeline?
