  FX1 NTSC/FCP and Sony pal HDV in and out settings

  Hi

  l am a new user of FCP, Not Editing and really need some help.

  Trying to find out the best log and Capture settings for tape format Sony FX1 NTSC 1080i and the best output for this. Need a You Tube output, Broadcast quality output and large screen TV out put.

  Though generally the log and capture setting and out put settings for Sony FX1 NTSC Filmed TAPE 1080i

  also l need the same settings as above Mentioned for Camera Sony (Pal) HDR-HC9E Tape 1080i (Pal)can not seem to get this to work at all

  general question?. When importing Files MP4 etc, is there or what is the best format to bring these into a project. When using the above mentioned formats of tapes and also output.

  Thanks again for your help, a very new user to FCP.
