  What is the best Video Morphing Software available for Final Cut Pro? The footage is HD from the Canon 5D Mk 2. Thanks!

  After Effects. Motion (part of Final Cut Studio) if you don’t have After Effects but you won’t be able to do as much with it.

  Revision FX has a very solid morphing plugin called “re:flex”. Have a look at it, works very well in After Effects at least.
