• Apple Final Cut Pro Legacy

  Note really FCP related, but no better place to ask.

  We are looking to upgrade our Mac Power PC’s to the latest octocore’s out at the time of purchase.
  Our Apple Cinema displays are perfectly fine, but they are DVI connections and the new Mac Pros’s are min Displayport.

  The obvious question are there any adapters/convertors that would allow us to use the existing DVI Cinema Displays, there by saving a bunch of money.

  We are looking at replacing a minimum of 4 systems (that would be 8 monitors we would not have to replace,)

  Have you Googled Mini DisplayPort to DVI?

  They have one Mini display port and one DVI. You will need an adapter for the display port. Sold by Apple:
