  upon export, audio levels change …HELP!

  On the timeline the audio transitions perfectly throughout the sequence, i have two tracks: voiceover and BG audio.

  voiceover track ends 10 sec.s before the BG track, i completely fade out the voiceover track then the BG track finishes up the last 10 secs. that is until i export it,

  then when i play back my exported file, whenever it gets to the point where the voiceover track ends, the BG track just bumps up! … it never does it in my timeline, just on the exported clip….

  it’s like it glitches whenever it reaches the point of a track ending…

  any suggestion?

  Try a mixdown before export.
