I have a 960×720 sequence that I want to export via Compressor at 720×404. If I choose the standard h264 setting, 100% of source, in Compressor, it exports at 1280×720 & looks perfect. But if I change the setting in the Geometry tab from 100% of source to 50% of source, and everything else is the same, I get 720×404 mov but the video is slightly squashed.

For example, 2 lines of text that have a space between them at 1280×720 are right on top of each other at 720×404. I’ve tried just about every variation I can think of, custom settings, etc, & I still can’t get the video/text to display the right aspect ratio at 720×404.

    Any ideas?

    Thx alot!
