FINAL CUT recognizes deck but will not output to deck or monitor
I am running 10.6.2 and Final Cut Studio 2 (FCP 6.0.6) and the computer/final cut recognizes the deck but will not output to monitor and this is happening on two machines in two very different ways. Both machines are identical in set up but (edit 1) recognizes the deck and outputs audio and video to the qc monitor and playback fine. But as soon and i hit control>m (print to video) the monitor flashes and changes to a grey screen and will not output video or sound. If I cancel the capture and refresh a/v devices everything works fine and I print to video again and its like it cuts off video and audio play back. I swapped three different dv deck and still same problem.
On (edit 2) Final cut recognizes the deck and outputs audio but does not output video to the qc monitor. So of course when I output to tape it does not work as well. All the settings in the View menu are properly set up under video and audio playback and still does not work.
