Just installed a 48TB SAN from 1beyond and 2 new MacPros running snow lepoard and FCP 7.0. These machines work great over GigE and we are happy.

Issue: I removed a older Power PC G5 from our XSAN and connected it to the new SAN. Good speed test of throughput so we started capturing. Suprise! When the captured file size reached 2G on the SAN it aborts and we get “capture has been ended due to lack of disk space”. If we drag and drop a file larger than 2G to the SAN it works fine. If I capture to local disk it works fine. Problem is in FCP. Just checked another G5 with same result. The new SAN is NTFS, we connect vis SMB and FCP reports 34TB available.

Power PC G5 is running 10.4.11
    FCP is 6.0.6
    Codec is DVCPRO HD

I know there were issues long ago with Fat32 but that is not the case here.
    Any ideas?
