  pulldown removal NTSC to PAL

  I’ve been given some footage as DVCProHD PAL files. One clip which originated in NTSC has terrible jumpiness to it from what I think is the pulldown they did for conversion.

  Is there a way for me to add those frames back? I’m working in a PAL sequence, by the way.
