Interlacing Issues
Im having an issue with my graphics and an interlacing problem. We are recording to a Tricaster 300dx and laying hq graphics over top. The initial output is beautiful… and when I pull the MPG files it looks good but when it is converted to the xdcam format (which is the only losless conversion from the tricaster to a Mac FCP system according to NewTek) it interlaces.
Is there a way to prevent this interlacing… I assumed that since the original file was not interlaced and the graphic is not interlaced… and I am still selecting the deinterlace function when rendering that there would be no interlacing but its there.
Is there a fix to that?
