  Identify an Effect !!

  Hello

  I have been given a mood film to create and the client want to match an effect used in a previous film
  The main image comes onto the screen and a very faint version of the same image appears behind.
  I need to know what program this was created in to match this or supply something similar.

  Looks to me like it’s the same layer duplicated and put on a lower track, increased the size, lowered the opacity, with a white BG layer…
