  best workflow for a Z1u

  new here, thanks in advance. i just shot an hour of footage on a z1u (1080i). what are the best settings for import, sequence, then exporting for dvd and youtube?

  thanks for the response. let me ask the question a different way. i’ve got 1080i 60 footage from the z1u and i have no problem capturing. is there any resource that tells me the advantages/disadvantages between capturing in apple intermiate codec vs. the prores’ vs. dvcpro hd or whatever? same thing with sequence settings and exporting. sorry for my ignorance….
