I am having issues with several videos I uploaded. Every time it cuts to my B-Camera footage, horizontal lines of distortion pop up on the video. I assume it has something to do with those shots having more motion and movement than their counterpart. Are there timeline settings or export settings I should use to prevent this?

The source video, capture scratch, and my exported videos do not contain these artifacts. They only appear on youtube and vimeo.

    I am currently uploading mp4s, 1280×720, H.264 codec.

I can’t see the issue on my iPhone but I\’m wondering if you are seeing interlaced footage on your other camera? If so that can be removed with de-interlace filter.
