  • Export image sequence (TIFF) with 2.2 Gamma

In FCP 7, when exporting a Prores clip as an image sequence in TIFF format, the TIFFs are automatically converted to 1.8 gamma. Does anyone have a solution on how to export an image sequence without converting the gamma? In other words, I need the resulting image sequence (TIFF/RGB) to have the same gamma (2.2) as the original Prores clip.
    Thanks

You might be able to do this with Compressor. It can output a tiff sequence at whatever resolution you prefer, and there is a gamma filter. You should run a test and take a look in the PDF Compressor manual.
