    Hi,

I use FCP 7.0.1 on Snow Leopard and my end videos I export as Quicktime videos. Then I convert this MOV to FLV using Adobe Media Encoder CS4.

I didn’t have any problems till yesterday when I did the adobe update, and my Media Encoder was also updated to the newest version…now my FLVs are all greyed out. Looks like washed out video. There is no white.

I didn’t find the appropriate forum for Adobe Media Encoder CS4 so I posted this up here!

Please help! Any advice on what could be wrong?

    Thanx in advance!

    Imre

Are there any new filters applied in the encoder? Are you using a pre set? Chec to see if anything’s different in the new encoder setup or presets? It also might be a gamma issue.

I use the same preset that I used before. No filters applied. When converting the preview shows up good colors and white is white. After the FLV is created it looks like gamma or levels were applied and all is grayed out. Same happens when I try to create mp4 for iPhone with H264 encoding. Something is wrong with the new update for Adobe Media Encoder Cs4. Or is it only for me???
