I working with footage from a sony z1 camera in a sequence set up to HDV 1080 i50 – 1440×1080. When I go to export as an Uncompressed QT 10bit it the video created has a size of 720×576?!

I’ve tried copying a single shot in to a new sequence – sometimes it’s full size when I export, sometimes reduced . . . but on the original sequence always the smaller size. What am I doing wrong?

    Cheers.

Using QT Conversion? Sounds like you are choosing an SD Uncompressed setting, not the HD one.

Steven, if you’re looking for exporting your HDV edit seq into a uncompressed 1440×1080, here you go:

Before exporting your final edited sequence, duplicate your timeline, then go to your timeline settings (cmd +0), change the compressor setting in the bottom left from HDV to uncompressed 10bit. Then go export as quicktime movie and make sure settings is in default “Current Settings” and export.

    Hope this helps!
