• Apple Final Cut Pro Legacy

  G-RAID, Apple Pro Res over FW 800

  Wondering if anyone is using a G-RAID 2 Bay drive to edit in Apple Pro Res or Pro Res HQ 1920×1080 over FW 800. If so could you please comment on how it working out for you. I have come across some reviews online where people state they can playback with no problems, but have found very little on how it handles during editing. Also, how many streams and effects are you able to use. Sata is not an option, need to use FW800 port.

  Any other problems with HD codecs?
