  how to change the speed of audio, but not effect the video?

  I use After Effects 7.0 pro. I was wondering if there was a way to take a clip….lets say for example, of a guy yelling “Lookout!!!”

  What I want to do with this clip is to keep the video portion in realtime…..not slowing down the video….but to have the audio sound slo-motion.

  Any thoughts? I remember in Premiere awhile back, I did the oppsosite….I had the clip in slow motion, but the audio stayed at the same pitch, etc.

  I would just duplicate the footage. Then speed up the audio on one. Turn the eyeball off and there ya go.

  I think coady2000 wants lower pitch, same speed of audio. Otherwise it’d be out of sync.

  If it’s not in the audio effects, you’d have to use an audio editing app, as far as I know.
