I was trying to export a batch list of my footage and import it into Excel, and it worked fine, except all the information in the Comment 1 colum isn’t there. What could be the problem?

That’s odd indeed.. it should be there if the column is open in the browser… could sure be a bug or someting… try a single clip with the test to see if you can copy and paste to say a description column… OR export ONLY what you want in excel by right clicking on columns you don’t care about first.. like frame sizes maybe? or codecs? etc…? that way you’re exporting fewer columns and might get that comment column to show up?

Thanks for the response, but apparently you can’t export batch list info for bins, which was what I was trying to do. I got a message from someone else. 🙂

That’s right, you cant do that, only clips in the bins.
