  Multiclip crashing only on 2 songs of a concert

  I have a 2 hour concert, shot twice on 5 cameras, plus a 2 camera rehearsal for some pickups, so essentially I have 12 angles. I’ve broken it down by songs, so each song is a 12 camera multiclip. All in sync and was working wonderfully, till I got to the fourth song from the end of the concert. When I opened the multiclip in the viewer for the first time, I wanted to sort the cameras, but as soon as I clicked, the viewer went black and the clip name changed from the multiclip name to one of the camera’s names and the multiclip icon changed back to a normal clip icon. I tried the next song and it did the same. I trashed the prefs, rebooted, tried the last song and it worked, then the next to last and it worked, then back to the previously tried 3rd and 4th from the end and they still crash, in the same way. Any thoughts (besides not multiclipping those two songs)?

  rebuild the multiclip of these songs, if there is still a problem, redo do with a few songs, then if that works start adding an angle at a time to see if you have some bad video.

  Thanks Michael. It ended up being one clip’s fault. Thankfully, It’s the rehearsal hand held and I don’t need much of that camera on these two songs anyway. I’ll just edit those parts in the old fashioned way I guess.
