Different track lengths after export
Hello,
I have a fairly simple project consisting of one video track (with an open, info gfx, and close), and 4 audio tracks (2 stereo tracks, one for music bed and one for vo). The bed runs the entire length and endpoints are sync’d with video track, which I’ve marked as my in and out points. The vo starts 3-4 seconds in and ends 5 seconds before out point.
I’m exporting using Quicktime Conversion. When I do, the file works perfectly, with all audio in sync. However, when I upload for web encoding and delivery, I get errors. This is what my web video provider says:
The “Unknown Content” error is due to the headers having different lengths of audio and video information:
# audio MPEG-4 AAC LC, 49.621 secs, 125 kbps, 48000 Hz
# video H264 Main@3, 353.933 secs, 101 kbps, 640×360 @ 4.201360 fpsThe entire project should be closer to the 50 secs of the audio track. I can’t find any residual elements on the video track, and I’ve definitely got the out point in the right spot.
Can anyone make a suggestion as to how I resolve this error?
Thanks!
Patrick
