  Vertical Lines in the Black parts of Encode

  In the Final Cut Viewer, I am seeing vertical lines in the black portions of my video after capturing. They also show up in the black part of the letterboxed video. I’ve tried different capture profiles and they remain. They do not show up when I go to tape or make a dvd. It is just annoying because it just started doing this after we moved to a new facility. Any ideas?
