FCP TO Compressor problem
Hello,
Have a problem with FCP and Compressor. Used to be able to export directly to compressor then apply a compressor setting and compress. Now I am getting an error when submit video file for compression.
Any suggestions? Thank you in advance.

WELL! That’s descriptive… NOT.
My guess is that you have a file that is corrupted in the sequence. Often it’s a render file… might try sending to compressor without any renders. It’s actually the cleanest way to do a compression anyway… just takes a bit longer.

Tried to encode without renders and still came up with same error

Try exporting a self contained movie… do you get an error? If so you have a bad media in the area where it chokes.. like if it gets to 50% then you know that about 50% into the sequence, you have a bad media file. I can’t read logs very well, just never bothered to learn them… it’s all computer code to me.
