  kona-lhe not outputting 4 channels to digibeta

  got a small emergency

  my kona-lhe is only showing lights and availability for 2 channels
  of audio. I have 3 & 4 that need output for dolby-e

  I have the audio tracks properly routed for 1,2 & 3,4

  but the edit to tape is refusing to allow (grayed out) 3 ,4

  any ideas?

  well this is odd, it is actually working even though the lights
  for ch 3 & 4 are not lit on the edit to tape window and A3 A4 are grayed out.

  Deck may have responded to a request to “arm all audio tracks”. Check your device control preset in FCP and make sure you have 4 Channels enabled for audio…

  it is armed all 4 audio tracks. just getting grayed out lights on 3 & 4 in edit to tape window.

  I just found something else.
  It doesn’t work on insert edit, but it DOES work on assemble edit.

  weird.

  hopefully this will help anyone else who comes across this issue.
