  audio mutes on fast playback

  First off, I’m using Final Cut Pro 6.0.6 on Mac OS X Leopard. I routinely like to play back my timeline at double speed by pressing “L” twice, and in the past the audio would play back quickly right along with it. For some reason, my audio now mutes when I play it at anything other than normal speed. How can I fix this to make the audio play back at fast speed again? Thanks.

  Go to the View menu and turn on Audio Scrubbing.
