  Compressor-how to compress only Ch 1&2 of a 4 channel QT

  I have a lot of QTs, back-ups of final outputs that have 4 channels of audio (Ch1&2 Stereo Mix, Ch3&4 M&E).

  I’d like to create a batch in Compressor to make DVDs. The problem I have is that I can’t seem to find how (if possible) to set Compressor to create the ac3 file from only Ch1&2 of my QT files. As is, it mixes the Stereo and M&E together.

  I would like to not have to reoutput through FCP and take advantage of a virtual cluster in Compressor.

  Any thoughts?

  You can delete these channels with QT.

  ..or disable them.
