  Audio Issues

  hi

  I am currently having problems with audio tracks (music tracks) when on the timeline. every now and then it will stuter for aprox 1-2 frames which puts the timing out with the rest of the video.

  from testing the audio tracks it only really happens in the timeline. not in playback in the preview window.

  At first i thought it was because it is stored an external drive but has done the same with a track on internal drive.

  I cannot figure out why. Any ideas?

  verify the audio is 48K aiff.
  If it is not, open each audio track in quicktime and export to 48K linear PCM 16 Bit.
  when you are saving the export, add 48K to the filename to differentiate between your original tracks and the converted ones
