We’re editing several 90 minute presentations for a client’s website. They want each presentation to be a QT file 320 X 240 size. I’ve suggested that we break these up into 45 minute segments. I’m concerned about these still being very large files. I seem to remember someone having a site or a way of estimating the file sizes of a compressed video based on length. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

What QT file format should I provide them for universal playback to the general public? .h264?

H.264 at 320×240, 15 fps, AAC stereo audio @ 32kHz, around 300 Kbps should turn out to be a around 100MB. Hope that helps (Based off of the Compressor preset H.264 300Kbps).
