  • Is it possible to change a 32khz project to a 48khz project

I have with the help from some of you guys “thanks Shane” been able to reedit a 9 year old personal project which i mistakenly filmed in DV 32khz. Shane suggested the use of the dv 48 easy set up as a template and then changing the audio to 32khz. It worked flawlessly.

Problem is that I would like to burn the project a Vacation in New Zealand to a DVD and would thus like to conforme the project to 48khz before making the DVD. I have searched for a solution in the forum, but havn’t been able to find a solution. Should I conform in the time line. Use Soundtrack Pro or use Compressor. I have a Mac Pro first generation Dual 2.66 with 12GB 2TB of scratchdisks and Final Cut Studio 2. I will post this in the following forums FCP Compressor and Soundtrack.
