  Compressor Settings are all blank

  Hi,
  I am using Compressor for the first time on my own computer, and all of the preloaded settings are blank files. I see all the folders with names, but inside there is no information. As such I can’t even create a custom setting (at least I think I can’t). Any ideas?

  Trash prefs or reinstall Compressor.
