text path using 3d stroke?
Posted by Heather Crank on July 4, 2007 at 5:28 pmDoes anyone know if there is a way to use 3d stoke as a text path? So that only the text shows and moves like an animated 3d stoke would?
Thank you,
Heather

July 5, 2007 at 2:26 amIf you what you want is to animate text characters along a 3D path, this is entirely doable with the 3D per-character animation feature in the new version (CS3).
I’m afraid I’d need a video tutorial to explain how to do it 😉Adolfo Rozenfeld

Did you ever figure out how to do this? I’ve been searching online for two days and haven’t found just what I need.
I’m looking to have a 3-word line of text fly in from screen, circle a state seal clockwise, then resolve to hug around the bottom half of the seal.

You know I never did. E-mail me (heathernoel1@earthlink.net), I might have a couple of directions that might help!
