  bending layers in 3D

  I am currently working on a project which involves a product
  i need to spin in 3d space.

  The client has provided me with high res images of the front,
  back, top and bottom and the sides. This is all good as i can
  put those all together in 3d space in AE BUT

  AE cannot natively bend layers in 3D space…it sounds like to do what you need to do you’ll need a plugin, or use Eyeon Fusion or 3D app if you have them. To do in AE I believe Zaxwerks Layer Warps plugin can do this for you. Also Digital Anarchy have something similar – not sure which is best..but as soon as I can I’m trying both out!

  managed to get away with just having it as a cube, the image itself made it looked curves.
