  Reconnected Media — Markers not reconnecting

  Our media got moved to a new RAID and so I had to reconnect the media when I opened the project. Everything reconnected fine except the Markers.

  The Markers are there, but media pulled from the Markers does not show up on the timeline.

  To be specific about it — It’s interviews so I used markers to note what the subjects are talking about. Then I’d go back to the Markers and pull quotes from it. So any of the media that’s from the markers, is not reconnecting in the sequence.

  So, if the media is from “Clip 3” it shows up fine. But if it’s “Joan’s Reply from “Clip 3″” it does not.

  If I click on the “Joan’s Reply” marker, the video shows up fine.

  Any ideas?

  Nevermind. Magical restart (well, 2 restarts) fixes all.

  Try reconnecting those on the timeline. I media manage footage with subclips made from markers all the time and they reconnect fine.

  This isn’t normal behaviour.
