  desktop F12 preview won’t play

  All of a sudden the cinema desktop preview – full-screen function stopped working. Now when I hit F12, it opens the full-screen window to play the video, but the video is frozen in that window, as well as in the canvas window. Neither one will play now when this mode is selected. I don’t know why it doesn’t work anymore. Any ideas?

  Sometimes Cinema Desktop Preview just doesn’t work right for me. A shut down and restart usually fixes it. But you should also check to see that you’re feeding All Frames and not Single Frames:
  View>External Video>All Frames
