    Hello,

I have a massive sequence in final cut, with 15 different interviews scattered throughout and chopped up. I want to send a persons entire interview to soundtrack pro so every one of there clips are effected.

The way I have been doing it is click on a clip that is featured throughout the movie, lets say “Bruce interview” and send it to STP. I treat the entire clip and press save, hoping that when I get back to FCP every time Bruce comes back in to talk his audio is the treated one.
But it only treats small section I have selected.

IS there a way to do one EQ on a clip is STP that is chopped up and have it effect all of them?

Thanks a lot, this is very important!

Couldn’t you just select the master clip and mark it in and out at the head and tail and treat that clip? You probably should have done that before you edited though.

I do the same thing with color correction, it is much easier to CC an entire interview before editing, chop it up and use it and be done than to chop it all up, then have to go back and CC each clip.

Not sure if there is a way to round trip the entire clip and have it match back to only selected portions of the clip? Advanced editors, anyone know? Probably an obvious way to do this but I am not an advanced editor, I am barely an intermediate.

Thanks Dan. Yes I realize now that I should have treated all of them before hand. But I always thought that it was something you do in post pro?

    Anyone know?
