About the only way to speed up renders is a faster CPU and GPU… What machine are you running?

    i’m using
    Mac Pro
    Processor Name: Dual-Core Intel Xeon
    Processor Speed: 3 GHz
    Number Of Processors: 2
    Total Number Of Cores: 4
L2 Cache (per processor): 4 MB
    Memory: 4 GB
    Bus Speed: 1.33 GHz

for such a small piece of video it seems to be taking to long to render

You’d likely see a better workflow if you added some RAM to the setup if you want to run all those apps at the same time. Also might beef up your graphics card if it’s the stock card that came with that machine…
