  getting started with AE

  I have Creative Suite Production Studio Premium. I tried opening AE and I am getting an error message “driver component sizes mismatch. OK to keep going. Cancel to exit.”

  When I select OK, everything crashes and asks me if I want to send an error report.

  I have tried re-installing AE, and requesting the “repair” option. I then rebooted and tried again. No luck.

  Could the AE driver be fighting with Primo DVD (software with Primera copier)?

  Never seen that msg before. Best to get in touch with Adobe on that. My guess is that it’s a display issue. Before Adobe gets back to you, try switching off your graphic card’s acceleration for your OS to see if that helps.
