  • “not found” message after render

Posted by Andrew Gregg on May 22, 2009 at 2:22 pm

I’ve been getting this message more and more lately after adding looks from magic bullet or effects like smooth cam to my clips. If I fiddle with the order, or render one part at a time this problem seems to go away. Can anyone tell me why I’m getting this message?

    Thanks for your help.

“I have a lot of problem rendering MB Look it seems that my video card is not enough. “…

    Amen to that Rafael…
So much so that I rarely mess with it anymore.
Too bad, it was kind of a fun.

    Hi Andrew,
MB Looks and Smooth-cam are very GPU intensive.
I have a lot of problem rendering MB Look it seems that my video card is not enough.

Thanks for the feedback guys. So the “not found” message means that my computer isn’t up to the task of rendering these clips? They seem fine when rendered on their own, or without transitions, so I guess I’ll export the “looked” footage first, and then apply the smooth cam or transitions to it. That should solve the problem… until I get a new computer. The first generation Quad core is finally starting to show it’s age…

    Hi Andrew,
Is not a matter of Processors but Graphic card.
you May try to update it.
I wouldn’t dare to apply MB Look and Smoothcam at the same time to any 1920×1080 without having a powerful GPU.
I can apply MBP to 10b 720 footage. If I want 1080 I need to render in 8b. FC tells me that the picture is too big.
