  Transitions changed after I re-opened project

  Very strange. After re-opening a recently saved FCP project, I noticed that all the transitions I had included in my project (push slides, edge wipes, page peels, etc.) had all been reverted to cross dissolves… every single one of them! Fortunately, the transition durations remained intact.

  Almost all of these were native FCP transitions (w/ the exception of maybe 1 or 2 3rd party plug-in transitions).

  Now I have to go back and replace all my transitions again (I’m going to check autosave to see if it’s the same case for various saves).

  Has anyone encountered this? Why does it happen? Is there a quick fix to change them back (besides autosave)?

  The same thing happened when I opened an autosave project…

  Any ideas?

  Running… FCP 6.0.5, OSX 10.5.6
