  Transfer QT of movie from Mac to PC via laCie Drive

  Created a QT Movie of 2 hour feature, transferred from my Mac to a LaCie Xtreme FW HD, tried to ingest QT to a PC for composer. The Drive does not show up on the PC desktop. Do I need to format the LaCie differently, to be read by a Mac and a PC?

  Get “MacDrive” to allow Windows to read the Mac formatted La Cie.
  Do NOT format the LaCie differently.

  Hi Richard,
  Yes you just need to install MacDrive in the PC. You will be able to manage your Mac formated Hds as they would be formatted for PC.
  MacDrive it cost some 20 or 30 US$.
