  First off, thanx to all of you taking the time to help other people out. I’m working on a project for an independent record company and came up with a design that involves kind of an ink in water particle. Making the image wasn’t the problem, however I want to animate it in AE7 to make the ink actually move in 3D space. I’ve found a couple of particle emitters from particle illusion, but they’re not quite the effect I’m looking for. I was wondering if anybody could give a hint to how and where I could start creating it using AE7.

  Head on to the COW’s Trapcode forum. I’ve seen something similar being done with their Particular plugin.
