  Is there any easy way to transfer subtitles from dvd studio pro to final cut.

  I don’t think there’s ANY way to do this. Text in DVDSP doesn’t exist as a browser item, so I can’t see how you could cut and paste, I’d just select the titles and copy and see if it will paste into FCP. Dunno. Anyone?
