• Apple Final Cut Pro Legacy

  Audio doesn’t capture though playback ok

  Hi everyone,

  Even though audio and video playback & record fine from Final Cut through my Sony TRV80, I can’t capture (or preview) audio.

  I get “WARNING: Audio Device Missing” and then when I go into the Audio/Video setting, there doesn’t seem to be an appropriate device to choose for my Audio Device. Here’s a screen-cap of my options:

  None of these seem right, right? Maybe I deleted the proper one? Is there a way to restore or download the right settings?

  Addendum: Just checked – audio captures ok in Quicktime Pro. But still no luck in FCP.
